Overview
Nelink LXQ series neutral point resonance elimination resistor is specially designed for the neutral point of voltage transformers (PT) in 6kV~35kV medium voltage systems. It is used to suppress ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage caused by PT nonlinear inductance interacting with system capacitance, which may cause PT over-current, fuse blowing and even PT burnout. The resistor is connected between PT neutral point and earth, providing effective damping to eliminate resonance and protect the voltage transformer. Compact cylindrical structure, easy installation, reliable performance. Compliant with GB standards, widely used in indoor MV switchgear.
