Overview
Nelink SCB10 / SCB11 / SCB13 series dry type transformer is a three-phase two-winding epoxy resin cast dry type transformer designed for 10kV / 35kV medium voltage and 0.4kV low voltage power systems. The HV and LV coils are cast with epoxy resin under vacuum, forming a compact insulation structure. Red epoxy cast coils mounted on a steel frame with top clamping structure. Cooling fans installed at the bottom for forced air cooling. No oil, fire-resistant, explosion-proof, maintenance-free. Available in two versions: open type (without enclosure) and enclosed type (with ventilated metal cabinet). Enclosure material options: steel sheet (powder coated), stainless steel, aluminum alloy. The enclosed version provides dust protection, foreign object protection and accidental contact protection, suitable for commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, industrial plants and indoor substations where safety and environmental protection are required. Compliant with GB / T 1094.11 and IEC 60076-11 standards.
